Unlike most of our competition we don't charge call out fee's. We do however offer not one but two unique and cost effective methods of billing.

Method A
Along the same line as our competition . Per hour for the labour plus parts except we do not charge you a call out fee and we break up our hour into 15 minute segments so that if we are only there 10 mins you would only pay us for 15 minutes unlike some company's who will charge you £40 call out plus £40 for the first hour. We think this structure makes it fairer for our customers so, you only pay for what you need, and with our Gas Safe Registered engineers, your boiler will be in safe hands.

Method B
We can agree on a fixed price repair before we visit. Depending on your proximity to us the charge will be a fixed fee plus parts if we can fix it on the first visit. And a second fixed fee if it takes two or more visits. This gives you peace of mind the labour price cant spiral out of control if it turns out your boiler needs more than one part and more than one visit and believe us this can happen . Modern boilers aren't as straight forward as their sturdy ancestors and one part can often blow another part when it goes due to their complex nature.
