TERMS
OF GUARANTEE
These terms relate to
any guarantee offered by AquaFlame Northeast
(“AF”) to you (the Customer).
1.
Prices will not be
matched once a price has been agreed. As prices
can change frequently, you must contact us
promptly by email at
davidhall@aquaflamenortheast.com or by telephone
on 07535976655 , and prices will be matched in
accordance with the terms below.
2.
In order for us to
provide a guarantee, a site visit may be
necessary. If a site visit is performed, there
may be a minimal charge relating to travel and
time taken in order to assess whether or not the
guarantee can be met.
3.
Cheaper prices will only
be matched if an official quotation is provided
from a company with a registered address within
a 10 mile radius of AF. The quotation must
include a registered company number, and AF
reserves the right to contact the company
offering the cheaper price to confirm the quote.
Further, any equipment must be in stock.
4.
Any equipment which you
wish us to match must be available in stock and
any services must be available to be provided
within 14 days of date on which invoice is
agreed.
5.
The cheaper price must be
for a "like for like" service; which means that
the price is for identical (or materially
similar) equipment, use the same quality of
chemicals and include all of the extra services
provided by AF. For the avoidance of doubt, when
equipment is being supplied, the price must be
for items which are brand new, and will not be
matched if the items are refurbished, second
hand or in a different condition to that offered
by AF.
6.
The guarantee cannot be
used in conjunction with any AF or competitor
discount codes, promotions or clearance offers.
7.
The guarantee must
include VAT and take into account any applicable
delivery costs.
8.
Typographical pricing
errors will not be matched.
9.
The guarantee is
dependent upon the customer maintain a safe
level of inhibitor within the system and the
safe keeping of the certificate/ guarantee.
10.
The guarantee does not extend to any work
which has already begun or has been completed,
and only applies in respect of a lower rate that
is available at the time of agreeing an invoice.
For the avoidance of doubt, this means that the
guarantee must be approved before agreeing to an
invoice.
11.
The lower rate must be in the same
currency.
12.
You waive the right to any dispute or to
ask for a guarantee once you have agreed to an
invoice or made payment relating to any invoice.
13.
The 5% reduction will relate to the total
price offered, and will be agreed at the time of
invoice.
14.
You must ensure that you check the agreed
reduction at the time of agreeing the invoice.
15.
AF’s decision on a guarantee is final, and
the guarantee is subject to change and can be
withdrawn at any time.
